It's been a Year!

It's been a year and a lot has happened! Kevin and I have gotten married and built a house! I guess I could update this a little more often! I don't have anything great to talk about today. I guess that is because I am doing this during commercials on Private Practice! More to come later!

These are a couple of frames we did right before Christmas. The pink and green one is the revised one I did for my sister that now she is happy with! The other is one Kevin and I made for Mrs. Malinda for Christmas. That is all for now. We have taken a couple of weeks off before we begin working on frames for Market Street.

Merry Christmas!! I hope everybody is having a very Happy Holidays! Me, I'm actually realizing what it is like to be in the real world! I mean, I'm used to having 3+ weeks out for Christmas break. Now its more like 2 days! But I can't complain, I don't have to worry with studying any more!

Here are a few more frames we have made. More will be up shortly, they are just not completely finished. Two of these my mother's Principal bought from us. The one with the picture in it (which I LOVE) and then the red & blue one. The red & blue one is going in his office at Heritage and the other his home. The light pink and green is for my sister to give as a gift. It is going to be changed though, she didn't like the stripes with the distressed look. Leave it up to family to be unhappy with their work. Anyway, more to come soon!

My favorites so far!!

These are my favorite frames so far! These 3 were made for Donna Manning. The blue & pink ones are for pics of her twin grandbabies! The other is for a family shot. I think they turned out really good!

Well we have our first official orders!! We have 6 frames to make right now! Three of them we have already started on, however the staple gun went out on us yesterday! Good thing Kevin builds houses and has all the tools we need, and back-up ones!! I made a flyer for my mother to take to school with her today and she has already brought me 2 orders!! I hope Kevin is ready for this, I am!! This picture is the one I put on the flyer. All these frames are already on the blog, but I just liked the group pic! I am painting one right now that you State fans will like. I say it is burgundy, but if you are a state fan I guess you would call it maroon!! With that being said I have to leave you with a Hotty Toddy!!!

So I deleted the pic. of the red and yellow one in the last post b/c it wasn't finished. Here is a better picture of it. Still not sure if I want to do something else with it, but it looks better now that it is rustic looking.

Kevin and i went to Oxford this past weekend. We had so much fun. It was great getting to hang out with Wesley and Lauren....I miss you guys!!! I also had fun with Lauren Laf.! Thanks for letting us stay, I love your place! I'm kinda sad we didn't find a good costume for Halloween so we just went as ourselves. Kevin said he was just going to go as my Hot boyfriend! I'd say he did a good job...but you can be the judge! This pic. was at the library with The Clays! I don't have a good picture of all of us so Lauren, send one my way please!
